Your service will be delivered by Jo Hockley.  Jo owns and runs Green Ant Consulting.  She will work with you to provide learning that is unique to you.

Jo has in-depth experience of learning and development, change management and human resources in a variety of sectors including local authorities, foreign embassies, retail and the leisure industry. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has an MBA from Henley Business School. Jo is an experienced trainer and coach and has worked with a cross-section of people from senior managers to front line staff. She has also developed and implemented a number of organisation wide change programmes including creating a performance culture and raising customer awareness.  Jo has conducted research into managing transformational change and in knowledge management strategies across several sectors. 

Jo believes that succesful learning should equip people with powerful but easy to use tools and techniques that can really make a difference to their performance.
